In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, you need to follow all the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
These days are stressful ones, and people are looking for ways to protect themselves and their families. The steps mentioned below can be part of your routine now. Not only that, you should stay updated about what’s happening in your area and also make sure to follow the directions of state and local authorities.
Follow the steps below to help keep you and others safe:
The CDC has recommended that whenever you are out in public, wear a cloth face cover. For example, whether you are going to the grocery store or buy other necessary things. You also need to keep a physical distance of about 6 feet between yourself and others. Your cloth face cover cannot be a substitute for social distancing.
In case you are infected, then use a cloth face cover so that other people may not get infected from you. You should not use a facemask worn by a health care worker.
You don’t have to place cloth face coverings for young children below 2, people who have breathing problems, or who cannot remove the mask without assistance.
